I don’t see how everyone else gives such high stars this is the worst bank I have ever used never have fixed the problem after numerous phone calls I would never recommend this bank to anyone
The best bank to go to for a WAIT!! Everyone knows Ascend has a big problem with customer service. They know it NOT! Just today we were their on lunch to have my name added to my husbands account. What would have taken about five minutes, if the front desk clerk would have had the skills to help me! They ignored me and put me in line behind two Caucasians that walked in behind me. Guess what color I am? I was furious and called the 800 number. Still no results! My husband asked me why we bank here? I still havent answered him. SMH! The Ascend in Columbia TN needs a over haul! My bosses would have fired me years ago if my customer service was THAT bad! Shame on the customer service lady at the front desk. I had to miss my lunch because she refused to help African Americans. #TiredoftheirracialInjustice
Those folks been around awhile, they are good to their customers!
I am giving it a two star because they only ever have one person working front maybe two but hardly ever. Customers are waiting awhile to do anything and now days people don't have time to wait 15 or 20 minutes to wait to deposit or withdraw.
