Little things matter and are what sets a bank apart from the others. No pens at the drafting table. Just empty chains... Been this was for a long time. When brought to the tellers attention she acknowledge the issue and just said they are out. Looking in the separate offices you can see pen cups loaded with pens. Small thing I know but it matters. Provide pens and ill change my rating.
I have been standing here for 15 minutes while 1 employee gossips with another customer and 2 employees chit chat with each other. I was completely ignored until the first customer left. A man walked in behind me and they all looked up and he was greeted with "hey darlin, come on up." Customer service here is horrid.
