Grew up in Columbia and the previous store was my hometown shop. When visiting earlier this year the owner Timothy very kindly gave my family a tour of the shop during the remodel which was super fun to see! The Trek store now is super clean, modern, and updated while retaining a very cool hometown feel. I live out of state and scheduled a road bike rental with Logan that has went flawlessly. Customer service has been phenomenal and everyone is super kind. The demo bike is in amazing condition and Ultegra shifting was spot on. They also went above and beyond when I got a tire puncture which was much appreciated. Feel very lucky that I can ride the beautiful hometown roads on this visit thanks to these guys. Trek makes me want to ride my bike more. The owners and staff are super sweet and helpful! I love the momentum they are creating in our town to ride bikes and be active. Now, I just need to take my bike to get tuned up, and I'll be all set. Thank goodness they offer lots of maintenance for your bikes! Love having a local bike shop!
Great selection of bikes. They also carry bike parts and are able to order anything else you may need such as specialty seats, brakes, handle bars, etc. Very helpful staff capable of fine tuning your bike for optimum performance or just adding your own personal touches. Great place for bike repairs such as flat tires or new brakes. Quick service, great prices and friendly staff. Make sure and check the hours before you go.
