The "manager " scammed me out $5.00 while helping me select and paying for a car wash.
Good car wash with free vacuums. It always gets my car clean and the vacuums always work very well.
Good quick wash, but often leaves unwashed spots.
I gave this two stars due to staff only. They aren’t perfect, but they do seem quite embarrassed when something malfunctions at this wash as it just seemed to be an everyday thing. Mister Car Wash, prior to moving to Middle Tennessee of course, was phenomenal in my area. It would put these ones here to shame. They need to revamp every single facility they have here or they will start losing business. When your car pulls in to get washed, it should come out washed and not covered in water. Also, the tire shine may do half the tire at times and the vacuum cleaners may work one day and not the next. I was a member for a very long time and I expect all Mister Car Washes to be the same in every state or region. I was shocked that these Car Washes here would even have Mister Car Washes name on them. I know them for much better quality Washes. I had to take my business elsewhere cause I don’t have time to get out and basically wash my car all over again and keep moving to find a vacuum that works. I don’t know how this even has 3.6 stars. Maybe it’s due to customers not knowing any other wash but this one or they’ve never been to another Mister Car Wash in another region. You are getting ripped off, people. Sad to be honest.
Cleans part of a vehicle, but no where near all of a vehicle. It definitely does NOT dry much of a vehicle! You have to use a towel and do it yourself, if you want it dry
