Excellent Service by professional, knowledgeable & caring staff. I got several gowns for a cruise in 2015. All are stunning! They did a great deal of alterations beautifully and the prices were fair. I'll shop with them again.

While the women seemed nice at first, the experience quickly went down hill. My girlfriend and I went shopping here for a school dance. After arriving there, we found that there were very few options available and the prices were much more expensive than places like The White Room in Murfreesboro, TN. The women were very pushy and eager to sell the dress, causing my girlfriend to have second thoughts on whether she really liked the dress the day after. I remember her saying the women really "sold" me on the dress, meaning they were essentially using "car-salesman" tactics. The dress that my girlfriend purchased required alterations. The price over the phone was 50$, but, after picking up the dress and going to pay for alterations, the price had magically increased to 60$ despite the tag saying $50. It's not the money that really makes the difference, it's the way they acted and the way they didn't stay true to their word
