Oh boy was I in some pain when I called these wonderful people! The receptionist was as sweet as she could be and got me in an hour and a half after I called! The wait was maybe 10 minutes when I got there and the dental assistant was kind, courteous, and informative. She was straight to the point on my issues and on payment as well. Dr. Fann was super fast and very good at easing my anxieties. I was in and out in maybe 45 minutes. Would give 10 stars if I could.
I dread dental visits and put this off for years! I am a new patient and am impressed by how comfortable the staff made my experience. They treat you like family. My Dental Hygienist, Nikki, was thoughtful & professional. She went out of her way to make the experience wonderful. The staff reviewed the care plan and insurance explanations with me so that we could time procedures around my budget & work schedule. I am amazed! I actually look forward to my next visit!!! Go see these folks!
