My mother had a bad ear infection and they were able to work her in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Corbin took so much time and was very patient with her. She left feeling so much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Corbin.
Dr Corbin is great to work with and explains what he is doing or thinking. His nurse was super nice too! I will definitely visit him again, HOWEVER his front desk staff should find work away from the public.
The black lady who works the front counter is not cut out to work with the public. She is extremely rude to almost every patient I watched her work with, believes you are wasting her time with any questions, and seems to hate her job. I believe this is the same staff member who caused such chaos last time, so we quit visiting Corbin's counterpart.
This is becoming a common event with doctor's offices - the nurse and doctor will be amazing but the front desk staff is horrible to work with. I'm not sure what it takes to get quality individuals who can at least be cordial to the public, but this office definitely needs to replace this one individual.
