We purchased furniture from them back in November 2016. They were great about delivery. I spent over $2,000 with them. That is the end of the good review. I tried on March 27, 2017 to get a replacement cushion for our couch. They assured me that they would order the cushion. I called back a few weeks later and no one knew anything about the cushion and said they would return my call. No one returned the call, so I called back again. Same run around. Finally after a few weeks of back and forth the ordering manager blamed it on a new young girl they had hired and that she would take care of it. Few more weeks pass still nothing. Then I call back again and reach Rose. She says she doesn't know but will call me back. She is the only person that has ever returned a call... However, after 8 weeks I still do not have the cushion! Ridiculous! Poor business practice. Never buy from these people. They are shady business people. Our sales person was JD and he was a shady as the rest of the people that work there!
THEY WILL SCAM YOU. NO CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DEANNA, BELOW WITH A 5 STAR RATING, WORKS THERE. RUDE AS CAN BE. OWNER WILL NOT CALL YOU OR DELIVER YOUR ITEMS. Ordered in December! Still no resolution in April!! 3 separate orders (ours, my mother's, my sister's). It is APRIL. On our order, they did NOT fully assemble the bed and still haven't delivered 2 lamps we paid for. My mother spent $300 on an ottoman that arrived BROKEN. They have NOT replaced it and haven't even TRIED to call back after 2 dozen calls I've made in 16 weeks. My sister's? They spilled a WAX WARMER into the carpet of our recently purchased house. Then denied it, meaning I had to deal with the damage caused by their mentally underdeveloped delivery kids. They threw the wax warmer to the opposite side of the room after spilling it- then claimed we had tons of cats and dogs inside (we had my mother's dog outdoors at the time and kenneled at night because I did not want him leaving hair and funk all over our new home). Deanna began acting like an accusational fool telling us we shouldn't have animals in the home around a wax warmer- the only animals were the delivery kids who denied doing it. In the end, they robbed us of over $7,000, charged 3 delivery fees when we were promised one, and they couldn't even clean up after those kids and remove the wax from our carpets. Don't do it. Go to a CORPORATE store that will actually strive to make the customer happy. Look at the reviews- ask your friends. We're not the only ones who have had a terrible experience :/ They do try and delete reviews across social media (I was told they would "handle" any review I left on Facebook) and their online presence is incredibly minimal. Employees leave 5 star ratings to try and improve their appearance where applicable, so be looking for that while researching this business. If I just saved even ONE person from suffering the fate we did??? I know I did my deed as a fellow neighbor. Avoid this place.

I've been to this place twice and bought furniture. A kitchen set about 3 years ago and a bedroom set for my daughter last week. Both times mediocre service, rude employees and management. We agreed to one thing in the store and paid for it with next day delivery. Took two days to deliver and we still didnt get all our pieces.
