Talk to anybody that he has built their house, he is a crook, and builds junk and doesn't make things right. Do not buy a house he has built, you will be nothing short of ripped off. He has retired so I hear, I guess he ripped enough people off. I don't know how he sleeps at night. Everybody that I have talked to whether he built their house 15 years ago or his newest subdivision which is mine, we all have the same issues. Bouncing sub floors, crappy trim out, sheetrock cracks, poor and quite franklin cheap products throughout, too small air conditioner, poor heater, horrible painter, horrible tile layer, horrible roofer and no roof vents, etc..... Be smart STAY AWAY!
