I received a bill for all these extraneous charges, though. Charges that were NOT valid. The bill had a 2.0 trip charge, when Mapquest reveals their company is ONLY 31 minutes from my house. The secretary sent service men who were NOT licensed to work on well pumps and I explained exactly what the problem was BEFORE they were sent out. Another issue was my wall outlet seemed to have a short, but it was currently working while they were here. The invoice showed they reset it, which it was NEVER reset! The invoice also showed the service men reset the outdoor GFCI, when it was my friend who went around to the side of the house and did it! Then, I was charged $52.50 for "Labor Overtime!" What was this for - the guys standing around saying, "We can't touch that panel board. We're not licensed to replace the breaker for the well pump. You need a special license to do that." So, they looked at the well pump, breaker box, and tested an outlet that was not broke and charged me $157.00. They said their boss was a jerk and so THAT was true, because when I called about ALL the additional charges, Alan, the boss said, "Well, if you don't want to pay the bill, you don't have too - come down here and clean my floors." Alan was a jerk, unprofessional, and money hungry, penny-pinching and navel-centered! Hire a maid if you need your floors scrubbed! I have a doctorate degree, in which I earned and rose to the rank of Major in the Air Force and this is how I'm treated!? NOW, I understand why the service men are REQUIRED to draw pictures of the service performed, the house, and everything else done on the site. Alan is illiterate! He can't read.

So, the solution would have been for the secretary to re-direct me to Henry Drilling or a company similar, licensed to complete the work.
