Best pedicure I think I have ever had hands down. I usually go to franklin to The Nail Bar but I definitely will make the drive to get a pedicure in Columbia. China (cheena) was who worked on my toes and she took her time and did an AMAZING job. Definitely returning for a manicure from her. Recommend her to anyone I know.
The price seemed more than reasonable at $30 for a soak-off and a gel manicure.
Duke did my pedicure and he was horrible! He didn't massage my feet or legs for more than 1 minute a piece and they were not busy! He paid more attention to the people walking by than me!
I've been going there about a year. And unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to find another salon. I've watched the quality of work steadily decline in the past 6 months or so and I'm sorry to say I'm less than happy with my nails. The quality of work from each nail tech is so different, that you can't expect the same every time you go. And you never get the same person, which drives me crazy. I'm tired of up selling, rushed work, and short cuts. When you pay $50 for something that is mediocre it's annoying. I'm willing to pay, but I expect an excellent job for the money, and I'm no longer getting excellent at Pro Nails.
So glad I picked this place. I spent two days contemplating on who to cheat on my normal salon (in Smyrna) with, and it didn't disappoint. Although I had tips, dip powder, and gel polish, my manicurist did not show frustration. She was funny, and personable. Also, she did an amazing job on my gel manicure. I will definitely return when in the area. The salon itself was much nicer than my normal place, I'd love to try them out for a pedi.
I went for a fill in, and was told I needed a full set. He ripped my tips off pulling my nail with it. He apologized, I said its okay. I wanted coffin matte. The shape is uneven and even rounded at certain parts. The top coat is peeling. My yellow looks blotchy. I was here over 2 hours, I will not be going back. I had to pull my hand back several times because they were too rough with the drill. I used to love coming here. Not anymore.
