They may be decent if they are your insurance company, but pray that one of their customers does not become liable for your accident. Because it won't be easy. Actual quote they said after they would not tell me what body shop to take the car to for an estimate:

Update to my below comments from six weeks ago (April 28): - Still trying to close out the Bodily Injury claim, four days and several calls later and my BI adjuster just will not call me back. Stunningly bad...

The frustrating thing is I've remained very cordial throughout the interactions - I guess unless you become a lunatic over the phone and lose your mind you're going to get the minimal effort. The claims organization's lack of empathy or urgency is alarming to say the least. Unacceptable!

Still dealing with a claim where their insured hit me. I called my insurance, State Farm, who called them. 2 days later I followed up with Haulers, provided a police report and pics of both vehicles because their insured had done nothing. I had to provide the info to get a claim number. 6 days later I get a rental. I've now spent 2 hrs waiting on Supv Todd, I still have not had a return call and my rental time is ending and my car is not repaired. I will now let you deal with State Farm. This agency poorly handles claims against their insured.

Nice location with at least one super amazing underwriter. No ideal on overall service.

(Early March): As someone whose had to be a claimant with Haulers when their insured totaled my vehicle, and having worked for 14 years in the personal lines insurance industry myself, I can tell you they have been a nightmare from the word go.

No call from the initial adjustor to ask if we were okay (car was totaled) or directions on what we should do next (where to bring the car, ask if we needed it towed, how long things would take) we had to reach out to them. So, not a great start but we can deal with it as long as they can turn things around in a reasonable time (evidently they were waiting for the accident report).

Three adjustors (BI, Property Damage, and Total Loss) and never a callback as promised. Three weeks out and no idea unless I've caught someone answering their phone what the next steps are... had to ask for vehicle loss of use reimbursement and got $20 a day for 10 days... although it's been 22 days as of today. Called the customer service department to voice my concerns and was offered (didn't ask!) a callback from a supervisor. Guess what? Of course they have not called...
