This place is expensive and has a very odd smell. I prefer the one next to the Bypass Deli, as they can actually reccommend a particular wine when asked and the owner there is especially knowledgeable. These folks here were not knowledgeable or particularly friendly. I wont be back.

Like the old set up better they have less of a beer selection now.
I’m kicking myself for not visiting the Grog Shoppe sooner. Best selection of good beers at a liquor store I’ve found in Columbia, with an extensive collection of spirits at great prices too. The manager is super friendly and helpful. I didn’t check out the wines much but I’ll be going back for the beer and liquor regardless.
