I waited for 5 hours to get a key made for my recently passed mothers truck, the truck is on her husband's property where I do not live so the instructions gave to me was that I was going to receive a call when they we're getting close or when they arrived and I would show up to purchase the key. I called at 10:26 am and called again at 4:15 when I was tired of waiting around to inform them that I was going to call someone else when I then found out that they already made the key and I would have to drive all the way to Columbia to pay for the key. I was also informed that if I was upset and wanted to settle it I could come up there and fight someone in their parking lot
Amazingly Fabulous! I was a wreck when my rental car locked with the keys inside and I had to make a flight out of Nashville that afternoon. As my heart pumped double time AAA called David's and arranged my problem. David's stated they would be there within the hour, and arrived sooner than expected, which was good for the nervous breakdown I was experiencing. I had called with an update of where to find me.
