Great staff kindnes and always on top of their work and definitely AWESOME pizza
Ordered my pizza in-store at 4:30. After a 30 minute wait (it was busy), I inquired about my pizza. Turns out they "lost" my order. An employee apologized and said mine would be made immediately. I proceeded to watch at least 10 pizzas made and delivered, and still no pizza for me. I asked another employee to speak with the manager . . . she informed me in a very snippy manner there was no manager on the premises. I explained to her what had happened, and she rudely said "you should have informed us sooner". Then she asked "Did you pay for it?" in an accusing manner. (I was holding the receipt in my hand). Finally after 45 minutes my pizza was made. No apology. No coupon for a future visit. These kids working there know nothing about customer service! I've been a good customer for years, but I won't be back.

Very nice and clean building, and the manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Pizza is always good.
Love Papa Murphy's! When I don't feel like cooking dinner, we love getting a pizza from here! Our favorites are the veggie with bacon or the mediterranean chicken!
