I'm new to Columbia and have had no issues with mail delivery. My visits to the actual office are extremely pleasant. I just told him and helped me with my passport renewal and gave me recommendations that were spot on. I've always had friendly and quick service. ✔️
is the worst. Postman entered the open garage door of my house, went to the back of the garage and banged on the door leading into the house and screamed HEY! Over and over, while I was home alone. Obviously this terrified me and it was all because he was looking for a package pickup that he had already picked up 2 days earlier. Also they refuse to deliver a 40lb package because it's stamped "team lift". They want me, a preganant woman, to go pick it up at the post office. Meanwhile, UPS and FedEx will carry 100 pounds+ boxes up to my front door.
I have to call the office because my packages are never delivered to my house! They are either misplaced or dropped off at another place. It's not hard to pay attention to the addresses! This always happen to me!
I am not sure how these people still have jobs. Honestly, they cant go a week without screwing up a delivery. Who knows how much mail has been lost due to incompetence. I CONSTANTLY have packages that say "Delivery attempted" while I am sitting in the living room waiting for the package to arrive. I really think they just forget and at the end of the night they realize they screwed up and then say they tried when really it is just still in the truck and they are too lazy to drive back out. I have to call them a few times a month it seems to see where my stuff is. I always get the same excuse... "We had a sub on your route today". Very important packages have just been left on other peoples doorsteps. I wish I could just go throw around thousands of dollars in packages to whatever house I felt deserved it. I am pretty sure we learn numbers before we even start school so I don't get how you cant match the numbers on the box with the numbers on the house. I am surprised there are not more 1 star reviews for this place because we hear the same issues happen all over this town, I guess they just don't leave reviews.

I just spoke to a lady on the phone about my mail she was rude goes on to tell me that I should have called before now about my mail not being delivered....Then hung up on me 2 times!!!!Trust I will be filing a complaint with the big guys about this unprofessional behavior...She also hung up before giving her name....This behavior is unacceptable and trust me I will be going all the way to the top about this!!!
