We have never been happy here. The rent is too high and it keeps going up. We have been waiting over a month for them to properly fix our air conditioner. It has not been working or adequately cooling our apartment. Our apartment gets close to 80 degrees every evening, which is quite miserable. We needed a new dishwasher and were told it would be here within the week. After the week was over, we called to check on it and found out that it had never been ordered.
Super clean , nice appartments with a small playground for children.
I have stayed in apartment communities before, but the maintenance is great here! I had some minor issues and they were fixed right away. Also the property managers are awesome! They are so helpful and really on top of things. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!
Half the time when you call down to the office, no one answers. So, it's nearly impossible to get ahold of anybody to get anything done around here. And when they do answer, the people that they send to get stuff done don't know what they're doing or don't care and don't want to fix it.
