Pros: Management is good n maintenance is polite n fast. Its just one bill for it all including water trash n maintenance n lawn care. Cons:too be pc about it lets just say its infested on multiple levels. Too many people in other peoples buisness. Bug problems.cat problems.skunk problems. Highly watched area.

Place is rough. I guess it could be ok if you were just starting out and needed a place to lay your head for a short time while you figure things out.
