Only give this 2 stars (because I want to give it 1) because our pool looks nice. The poorest customer service possible to the point where you have to make threats. Subcontracted work after telling us that his employees do it all. A year later and pool needs work (still under warranty) but having a terrible time getting anything done. I highly recommend finding another pool company to build your pool.
poor customer service. poor follow up. if I could go back I would have selected one of the other bids. great sales pitch, bad experience now I am stuck with company who's product broke first time it was turned on and they act like its my fault and are doing me a favor to fix it. which they have not yet!!! only said they would.
They built a fantastic pool for us two years ago. Brent and the team have been responsive and, more importantly, well educated on whatever we may need. Brent designed a pool to meet our unique backyard requirements and he helped us consider the pros and cons along the way to manage the spend. I really appreciated that he did not lead us to spend more money when he questioned the value. The quality of our build is excellent and service calls have been excellent as well. Mother nature didn't cooperate at all during the process but Brent made sure we had the highest quality pool. Highly impressed.
They are the rudest people. The old yankee woman and the young girl. They are mean and rude to my kids. My son likes to run to the grill. The old lady yelled at him. She was on her phone. I said its like a play groumd in her and she said its a 10000 dollar playground. Every trip in there is stressful. And i am not going back. Thebyoung girl has yelled at my kids. Kids are kids. By pass is alot nicer and they dont yell at my kids.
We just had a pool and outdoor kitchen put in. We started the process late in April and met with Brent from Atlantic Pools to start the process. We had little to no knowledge of the pool installation process and Brent walked us through every step. He was very knowledgable and he made himself available to answer questions and responded in a timely manner. He even invited to his home to look at his pool. The pool turned out beautiful and was finished on time. I have neighbors who decided to go with a different popular pool installers in our area and are still waiting on their projects to be started!! We also shopped this other company and their quote was almost $9,000.00 more!! We could not be any happier and recommend Atlantic pools.
