Spoke with Josh over the phone told him what we where interested in and what we had to trade. He offered more than reasonable price for our car without even seeing it. Straight forward company to deal with. No hassle at all! I would recommend this Dealership to anybody. We will be doing future business together. Doug at their Downtown location was so blatantly honest that almost talked us out of purchasing the car. The vehicle we were interested in was actually in far better shape than what Doug had described! It is rare nowadays to find someone as particular or detailed as Doug was. Not the friendliest cat, but certainly professional to the extreme. Bottom line is, we are glad we chose to come out and happy with our purchase! It's probably his name that he is so honest :)))
Easy, painless process of buying a car. They wouldn't waive the $299 "documentation" fee and they knew the market well enough not to discount the car any, other than that it had to have been the most transparent and smooth buying experience of purchasing an automobile I've ever had. Not working with me on the price doesn't earn them my lifelong loyalty at not looking the competition in the future, but my experience with them and the pricing is likely to bring me back to at least give them a look.
Amazing facility and friendly sales people. They do seem to get overwhelmed during the peak hours as there was a line of 4 families waiting for test drives and 2 more couples to sign their paperwork on Saturday afternoon that we were at their Columbia location. They were, however, very expedient with paperwork and straight to the point answering all questions, which made the turn around fairly quick. All and all, I would say a 4 star experience, but Leanibell was a sure 5 star sweetheart and professional, so 5 they get!
If I could give these guys a 10 star review, I would! The only place we visited that didn't dog the competition, but rather shared with us as to why we should do business with them. Positive attitude, enthusiastic approach and absolutely the best deals! My daughter is in love with her car and we already know where to come next year for my son's first car. Doug, Sam and their team are the best!
