This was the ONLY Ford dealership that we dealt with (out of 4 or 5 dealers) that was honest from the front end, honored their online price of the car, and were very helpful in explaining things we had questions about. Both Michaels I worked with were nice and quick to respond/help. Everyone that we dealt with in that dealership was kind and honest. It was a relaxed experience, no pushing to buy. They even took the time to listen to my questions about taxes, leasing or buying the car, etc, and give me real honest answers, without trying to cut me off or beat around the question. I trust this place 100% and they will definitely have our business in the future! Wonderful experience!!
This location has a great friendly staff and fast service. I met the owner while I was there by chance and was introduced to the sales manager while I was in for regular service. I was not pressured to buy and was treated like a friend. It is worth going out of your way to experience something you just can't get at the big city dealerships.
