I had a recent really horrible accident in a brand new car. A Toyota Corolla. Lucky to be alive!!! They fellows at Roberts were awesome!! They seen my struggle and went beyond to help me into another car. I'm very grateful for them!!! Goose and Chris are the best!!! Just outstanding!!! And if u have to I'll return there!!!! Thanks Toyota!!!!
Very poor customer service.
Purchased four tires, was told upon arrival it would be about an hour wait for installation. Over three hours later I was finally out the door. My vehicle sat in the exit garage at least 30 minutes after service was completed, while they took lunch break. Finally, when I stood up and looked through the door to where my vehicle was, and came back from the restroom, the tech said the car was ready to go. After all this, the bill was more than what I had been quoted earlier in the week when I had called for a quote and appointment.
We just purchased a 2018 TRD 4Runner from Mike Bullock at Roberts Toyota. He is awesome!!! Answered all our questions, no pressure, great experience all the way around. Service after the sale has been outstanding. We plan to make a truck purchase in the next year and we will be back to see Mike.
I asked to speak with the manager, Troy, I explained what had occurred and the only thing he apologized for was me being told it would only take an hour for the service. Been dealing with Toyota dealerships for years in Wisconsin and only had superb customer service. Needless to say, I will drive further to the next Toyota dealership in the state of Tennessee in the future. Only good thing that happened, they did give me the price that I was initially quoted on the phone.
Once I was at the service department I had no problems. However, calling the service department to schedule a recall repair was a nightmare. I called every day after work (between 2-4pm) for 2 weeks before I finally got to speak with someone who could schedule my appointment. They don’t allow you to make recall appointments on their website. So I was stuck with calling over and over. Each time the operator would transfer me to the service department 2 to 3 times before saying that they will take my number down and give me a call back. I never got a call back. Disappointing when this is my local Toyota dealership. I called Toyota of Cool Springs and they answered the phone immediately.
