Sad
Well it is. A 2012 Nissan Sentra ; silver. I’m sure the dealers remember this car. Well it makes a weird metal hitting metal noise at about 31-32 MPH. Now when I bought the car they were supposed to give me a disclaimer apparently, saying “This vechicle has a ABS self check sensor ,every time you start the car and take off that is loud, but normal” when I took it to nissan and paid them to look at it, they gave me said disclaimer. Well it got worse!!! Weird right?! It went from doing it never, which is why I never heard it, to every now and then, to every damn time I start the car and take off. It does it religiously at 31-32 MPH. There is no way this is normal. I’ve asked people with the EXACT same car year and All and they say “nope mine doesn’t do that.” It’s so so so frustrating I can not even begin to explain how many times I’ve had this car checked and paid every time for it to be checked which is adding up and killing my bank account. I’ve taken it to nissan in Columbia multiple times nissan of cool springs a few times, and now that I am living in Nc due to my significant other being stationed here, I’ve taken it to Jacksonville Nc Nissan, a few times as well. The mechanic in Columbia at Nissan tells me it’s not normal for my car. That the issue is mainly with altimas and he’s never had someone with the same model come in with this issue. I pretty much wish I never went with this perticulat vehicle. She’s (my car) been good to me but I’ve beeb great to her, I get her oil changed before it’s due I’ve changed the tires all 4 had them rotated, I’ve got the brakes flushed and a transmission flush is next on my list of to-do’s! I originally went for the Nissan Maxima but for some reason it was lent out??? Although I had talked with Brittany about this car and told her the day I’d come. Didnt make sense. I don’t care much for the CVS transmission either.
Btw, if someone has all that, they would just go to a Big dealerships instead of this one. Duh.
The owners of this establishment are standup people. They are straight forward with their clientele and sell quality vehicles. They treated me and my family very well and were accommodating to our situation. Thanks to both of you for a great customer service experience and a great vehicle.
But I don’t like the fact that you have to go through a credit union My car (which I’ve had 2 years) is a 2012. 12,000 well that appreared to be great to me I was in dyer need of a new car my 2003 didn’t have heat and I had a newborn and it was starting to get cold out! Brittany was super nice I can’t say it enough I value her and her husbands business!!! But the credit union taxed me at 9.2% interest which I didn’t even realize until after I signed (I was young knew nothing about interest)
Eh they’re nice people
Amazing and helpful car lot
My only issue with my car is this weird noise it makes, I paid 2,500 to extend the warranty this Jan,2017 because to me it’s just not “normal” like nissan says, I didn’t mention it was a nissan
Overall I’m probably gonna trade this in when I get her paid off due to the ABS sensor problem. Bought her with 21 k and she only has 53k now. Might even try to sell her back to tennstar. Formly rockstar when I got my little car. I appreciate the people. I appreciate the business and how hard they worked for it. This is long, I know but it’s true. This is the first car I’ve ever financed. I bought my last car straight out. It’s just sad the way things went for me. I wish I could get this sensor thing figured out because if it weren’t for that I’d love my car more than I already do. (Finance sucks I can’t say it enough) intrest rate sucks so much. But the dealership it’s self, they’re wholsome honest people. I’m not sure what went wrong with my process, and mechanical issue.... I would buy another car from them. Just wish it weren’t the one I ended up with.
Recently bought a car with them. I have to say that they truly care about the vehicles they sell and the consumers. So much better than the bigger dealerships! I will only buy from them!
The cars are very nice
