Wish I could give less than one star. Incredibly unprofessional and flat out rude. Not even sure if I spoke with a doctor or nurse, but definitely broke hippa laws when the person in black scrubs with short blonde hair working the evening shift demanded what we were there for in the check in area/lobby. We asked for a room to discuss personal information and not in front of the receptionist/check in employee. We were denied a room with a huff saying , "well is there even anyone out in the waiting room?" There was at least one person on the waiting room before we were called. We were also dealing with a life or death situation so I'm mind blown from this experience. Will NEVER step foot back inside this urgent care. Don't waste your time.
I hate going to the doctor. It usually consists of hours of waiting, rude greetings and doctors who don't listen to what you're saying because they assume you don't know what you're talking about. However, this experience was nothing like that.
A couple weeks ago my boyfriend was very sick...had diarrhea , vomiting and a low grade fever...it started on a sat so no doctors were open... On Tuesday he finally agreed to go get checked out when he was so weak and dehydrated .... We looked online at the urgent care and walk in clinics in our area and decided on First Stop... We arrived when they opened and he was seen right away...the nurse , Vicki, was very nice and very concerned...Dannylu , the NP, checked him over and decided he had some type of virus...she ordered blood work and some iv fluids...while the iv fluids were being pumped into him the nurse and the NP came in often to check on him and make sure he was feeling ok... We could not have asked for better service...they were amazing !!! I would definitely recommend First Stop Urgent care to ANYONE !!!
Very friendly staff, quick and efficient. I would of given them five stars, but I waited two hrs and fifteen mins and fax didn't arrived at the Pharmacy, tried to call clinic but they had closed. Called Pharmacy follow morning and Rx fax had arrived. I wonder why I couldn't have a paper Percription, it was just an antibiotic.
My family has been there many times. We have had great service each time. Mane we have just been lucky but we never have to wait very long. If you have an infant or very small child I would recommend Vanderbilt Children's Walk-In in Spring Hill. They know dosaging and childhood issues better but for an older child or adult Urgent Care is really great!
I came in, was greeted by Candy, and seen within thirty minutes. Candy was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the RN who saw me listened attentively and treated me with care and concern. It was a fast process and inexpensive. I'd recommend this urgent care to anyone.
