Great staff and always on top of things. I really like that they are open everyday and if something comes up on the weekend, we dont have to hang on til Monday morning to get quality care.
Kristy Yentes and Kierra are both awesome. I am a nurse and, to be honest, can be quite critical of offices and staff... I am blessed to have found this office and provider. The staff at the front desk are professional and quick. Nurse Kierra is pleasant and efficient at her job. Kristy is an amazing provider that listens and offers options so that I am able to make medical decisions that I am comfortable with. Keep up the good work!!!!!
Kristi Yentes is so thorough, and her nurse Kierra is great! My physical had been scheduled with another Dr, but I was so impressed with Kristi, I think I hit the jackpot!
These folks are on the ball, and I can’t say enough about them. I’m so glad to have found them. They treated me like a person, not a number or a paycheck. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby or in the room or on the lab or on the X-ray tech. They were all kind and respectful of me and my time. Every time a test was completed the next person was waiting there for me. I was able to tell the physician every concern I had, and she addressed every one of them without making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She didn’t roll her eyes when I offered up my own opinion on my diagnoses and care. The nurse set appointments with the specialist I needed for me, so I didn’t have to. I was only 5 minutes down the road when she called and filled me in. That was 3 weeks ago. I went back in today for extra lab work, and the lab lady remembered me right down to my eye color. She remembered our conversation from the one and only time we’ve ever met. She was kind and encouraging, and the only reason I knew she had drawn blood was that I watched her do it. She was so good, I didn’t feel a thing. These people care about people, and I’m sticking with them as long as I’m here.
The only available service they provide is billing. Sad but true. So the only one at the time was not accredited. I had to seee a different person and within a couple of months she is gone.
