I had to renew my license and was dreading the wait. However, the entire process only took 10 minutes! I did get there 15 minutes early (on a Tuesday morning), and people started lining up outside 10 minutes before the doors opened. I was 3rd in line. Went in, got my number, was sent to the kiosk to pay for my renewal, and right as I was sitting down in the waiting room, my name was called to get my photo taken. Super quick and easy! The clerks I dealt with were also very friendly.
The most rude people you will ever meet very unprofessional . Was there over hour just to renew.
