Amazing staff! After having a extremely long bad day on the road the staff at Baymont was great. The hotel itself needed some small maintenance but the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality more than made up for it. Thank you ladies!
If I could give negative stars I would. I booked a suite a year ago for 2 nights (a Friday and Saturday) so that it would be available for my daughters wedding party to get dressed and relax before the wedding. On that Friday we stopped by to check in at 3 pm only to find that they had us booked for Monday and Tuesday. Now mind you I called to reconfirm the reservation as well as call and talk to the manager concerned over several really bad reviews I had seen online and was assured both times that everything would be fine and was even told that the entire staff had been replaced. Nevertheless someone else was in the suite and they could not accommodate us. I got no apology, no compensation for our inconvenience only a call to another hotel owned by this person to get a room 20 miles away from the venue. The suite was so small at the Sleep Inn on Harley Davidson Blvd that we had to get 2 suites to accommodate everyone at an additional cost of $300. Not good customer service and certainly won't give them another penny. Would definitely not recommend.
I've stayed here multiple times for work. The rooms are run down. I haven't stayed in a room yet that has a shower head that doesn't spray water in 5 different directions. This latest trip was a 3 night stay and they didn't clean the room either day I was there. It's also annoying how the keys stop working everyday so you always need to take the super slow elevator back to the lobby to get them rekeyed eveyday. Next time I'm just going to bite the bullet and stay in Nashville.

This Hotel was very clean. The Hotel staff was very friendly and was there when we needed help. We went during the Total Solar Eclipse weekend and they were on top of keeping everything under controlled. We had a TV problem so they gave my family another room which was slightly bigger. Overall a great experience with a great night sleep for the Total Solar Eclipse.
