I purchased a mattress a little over a week ago. I was told it would be delivered on 6/3, so I took off work to be there. On 6/3 I was at home for the time slot given and about 30 minutes towards the end of time slot, I had not heard from anyone. So I called the local store and was told that they are running behind and I asked that they contact Delivery service to have them call me to give me and idea when they would be there. After about 1hr, I still have not heard from anyone. So I tired to call back the store and could not get anyone on the phone. I repeated several times calling the store and couldn't get anyone. So at about 2hrs after the time slot, I went to the store and was told by the person working there that they just got the mattress in stock and it would be 6/8 before I would receive my mattress. This is poor business model. I was never told that it was out of stock the week after I had paid for the mattress or any notification that the delivery date has changed. I request my money back and went somewhere else. Will not do business with them again.

My wife and I recently bought one of the new Beautyrest Black Hybrid beds from Mattress Firm. The two guys that were working there showed us several different options and explained the differences in each one. After considering a few other beds we decided on the black hybrid because it was so comfortable and the financing was perfect for our budget. We also bought some of the sheets that Mattress Firm sells. They are great. They have extra elastic on them to stop them from slipping up on the corners. I would definitely recommend buying from these guys. If we ever make another bedding purchase it will be from them.
My husband and I went into this Mattress Firm over the weekend thinking we might be there all day, but we were in and out in probably half an hour with a mattress we are more than excited about. We told the salesman our price and what impressed us is he took us straight to the mattress in the range we told him and gave us a great deal on it to make sure we met our budget. They had an awesome clearance sale on some otherwise expensive mattresses but really made sure we got the best bed for our money and they even offered to store it for us while doing renovations to our home. They have been so polite, never pushy, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress in Columbia to talk to Mattress Firm.
