crazy drivers, big rooms, kitchen is outdated and needs pest control
I do not live here but when calling to inquire about prices, availability, etc. the woman I spoke too was very rude and seemed eager to get off the phone before I could even ask my questions. Every time I asked a question she would give me the short answer and not offer any more information that may have been related or helpful to the topic. Not to mention I called about 7 times throughout the day and no one ever answered the phone. When someone did eventually call me back I was temporarily busy and asked if I could give her a call back in five minutes, to which she told me they were about to close and she wasn't sure if she would "be there" (note the last time that I called it was about 3:30 and she called me back around 3:50, the office closes at 4)
I love living in Autumnwood I have lived here for the past. 4 years and i have never lived in complex where the staff is so friendly and quickly responds to any service calls. Its clean, quite, and seeing improvements everyday.
I work with the company that owns the Autumnwood Apartments. I am writing this evaluation in order to offset the negative review from Brian Cox. I searched through our records. We do not have a tenant by that name. There are many Autumnwood Apartments in the U.S. He might have confused our property with another apartment that he lived in.
I have lived here almost 2 years. The security guard Kenneth is the absolute best. Shavonne is a very compassionate and great apartment manager. I do not want or plan to live anywhere else for a while.
