What kind of grown adults dress up like babies? Like full on babies? Definitely not anyone I want in charge of my housing!
I've lived at Lakes of Columbia now for about a year, and it's been a very pleasant experience. First the setting is kind of rural and peaceful, surrounded by green fields. It's quiet and feels very safe. The management is very friendly, helpful, and professional, and is prompt in dealing with any maintenance or other types of issues that may come up. Grounds are kept up nicely. Very glad we picked The Lakes for our choice of residence!

Lakes of Columbia has a whole new team. The community is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. No request goes without response , the staff strives to ensure the residents have what they need to be happy in their home!

I was HORRIFIED when someone sent me these screen shots of The Lakes of Columbia's staff dressing like "babies" because they think their residents act like "babies."
This is not only strange, but it's absolutely ridiculous! I am not sure who these people are or who they report to, but if Timberland valued their residents in any way, this bunch should be reprimanded and/or fired for this pathetic attempt to insult the very people that pay rent and ultimately pay their salaries.
Staff and personnel are excellent. Grounds are inviting allowing for family atmosphere with playground and a beautiful pool. The neighbors and staff make this place feel more like home. Never have I lived anywhere else other than the army where your neighbors all felt like an extended family.chelsey and her staff treat you like they have known you your entire life, compassionate, loyal, and strive hard to fix problems that arrive.
