WOW!!!! Gotta say this was one of if not the best experiences ive had purchasing online. Customer service was amazing! I work in the service industry so customer service is #1 priority for me. Kristie was awesome, responding to my emails after shop hours and responding quickly. It honestly couldnt have gone smoother. Great service, great prices, just overall awesome buying experience!!! A copy of my FFL was sent immediately after making an online purchase. Three days later I had to call to get them to process my order. I was told my purchase would be shipped that day or the next. Two days later I had to call again and it still hadn't shipped. Kristie was not willing to reimburse me for shipping, but curtly allowed me to cancel the order. It does not seem like these people want online sales, and if they do they certainly are not able to compete with the primary online retailers. Would not recommend!
