Ask for Jacob. I'm from out of state. Had att for 10 years. They never did me wrong, I just needed a new phone and was curious about att competitors. I doubt Verizon will be any different. The prices ain't. What sold me on two phones and a new plan was the extensive knowledge Jacob had. The dude was a library and super courteous. All I ask, know you're product, inform me of options and be polite. Me and my wife are enjoying the new phones.
My experience at the Verizon Store was rated 5...The representative was very professional listened very well to my needs and figured out how to help me with a reasonable rate..Shared information with me I had know clue about.. Verizon made my day after a long complex day at work..
Picked up a Pixel 2 using the in store promo. The customer service was excellent and they explained the parameters of the deal and sold me other essential accessories, phone case and Zagg (glass protector)- even put the phone protector on for me! Very satisfied with my experience at this location.
Had a great experience when I got my phone in February! The lady who helped us was super helpful and tried to get us the best plan possible, so we wouldn't be paying so much each month!

Not impressed with the level of service. I was greeted by a bored sales person that was interested in getting me to buy a phone or hurry up with my questions. Could not really tell if they were just doing their job or possibly trying to help as they warmed up a little. Still, its more their job to be personable and helpful on the front end than mine to adjust to their personality style. I could not afford a new phone & was made to feel ridiculous in even asking what other options were available. I could not tell if the person knew there was something wrong with my phone or was just trying to get me to upgrade. They did tell me I could bring in an older model phone to activate & were not pushy about buying a new phone once they realized I was not thrilled with the idea! Not a terrible experience, just not a great one either.
