Terrible, I had used Caldwell Travel several times in the past and they had my phone number, my wife's phone number and both our emails, however my flight was changed two hours earlier a month before I was going to travel international and when I went to the airport I had to change my flight to the next day because I was 15 mins late. Caldwell travel said that they had sent an email, however it was returned and they never tried to make a contact with me and notify me of the change. I will never use this service again.
