My two boys see Dr. Richard Smith at the Spring Hill location and he is so great with them. He's got a great bedside manner and always listens to any questions I may have. I highly recommend him. Occasionally we have seen other docs at that location when he is unavailable and they have all been wonderful too.
This pediatric clinic is a JOKE! I brought my son on a Friday because he woke up with a high fever and started with the hand mouth and foot only for them to tell me we don’t take walk-ins on Friday and that they could only see him at 2. What I do? I wait till 2pm and go back for the MD just to tell me that it’s hand mouth and foot. Didn’t try and give anything for inflammation and now it’s 10x worse.
After waiting 45 minutes I went to use the restroom. When I was finished, the receptionist said I was called and I believe I was skipped in line.

Heaven forbid I ever need something from this office. Every time I have to leave a message for a nurse to call me back, if they call at all it's always the same woman who proceeds to argue with me about my kids' needs and what our insurance will and won't cover. There is only one doctor on staff that I trust. Everyone else has completely screwed up on my kids. I would go to a different pediatrician but the next closest to this tiny town is over an hour away.
Dysfunctional. Look at the other reviews they aren’t good either.
