HORRIBLE doesn't even cover it! I went in for routine eye exam and was told eye pressure was high and if I refused the expensive xrays of my eye I could not be treated! So after the exam and hundreds later I was told to return in 2 weeks to pick up contacts and have follow up pressure test. This was after my xrays were normal. I had the one minute test THEN imagine my surprise when my EOB said $124 for the follow up! They dont tell you they charge office visit for followup pressure test. If you are ever near the Columbia mall anywhere close to Eyecare Plus don't bend over!
My wife Was told to come back in for some ocular photos for $50.00. Doc was in the exam room for 2 minutes. Just got the bill ocular photos $50 plus $124 for the doctor charge. What ripoff-I'm done with them. All I can say is get it in writing before seeing the doctor
My visit was excellent and I will refer more people to come visit and it's the best place for eye exams and contact exams.
