The pools clean and they are always updating so its looling pretty
There rules are childish. You have to have permission for people to visit your home like your a kid. Sue is disrespectful and unprofessional. They go up on rent every year. She say no felons are allowed to live out there but her assistant manager son lives there and is a felon and big time drug dealer. She will put you out your home even if there is no reason just because she wants to. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Nobody last long they have people come and go all the time because the management is unprofessional. They do keep the place up nice I give them that but they take forever to fix things in your home.
But staff could be nicer
Been here 3 years, They keep the place up and stay ontop of issues for my family.
I'm not a resident. I am a regular visitor. Countryside is always clean. Probably the cleanest mobile home residential property in the area. Streets are wide, lovely mature trees, play areas and sufficient parking for residents and guests.
I think this is a piss poor place and the management are rude! They dont fix the place when its needed. They speak to you as if you are beneath them. They expect you to be perfect! I understand cleanliness but they are just flat out rude! I havent met someone in management that didnt speak to me like a piece of trash yet! Bad part is I do not live there! That's why whenever I go to my friend's house that lives over there I don't stay very long!!
