My puppy loves yip yap!!! The employees there are wonderful!!! Definitely recommend you taking your puppy there to be groomed or even stay the night if you're going out of town!!
I had been going to Yip Yap for several years for our Mautice and collie. I had never had any problems from them until one day I arrived early to pick up my dogs and found my poor mautice dog muzzled and shaking. He was soaking wet from slobbering. I wondered how many times this had happened and started to question their treatment of my animals. I talked to the employees and voiced my concerns and asked to speak with the owner. They told me they would get in contact with me. Not one employee or the owner, even after I tried several times to talk about the situation, contacted me. I wish I could give this business a 0 stars because I will never go to them ever again.
Holly (our border collie) looks amazing after her grooming appointment at Yip Yap! Kenleigh is a true professional and Holly had a great time...she can't wait to go back, and at that price we'll send her often. Thanks Yip Yap crew for a fantastic experience!
Lame ass workers can't do there schedule right so took my bog to pet smart the same day no appointment and there better and cheeper I'll never go to yip yap again
I have two Yorkies. When I went to pick them up, the male had sustained a corneal abrasion, which cost me about $150.00 in vet bills!. My husband convinced me it could have been the other Yorkie ( who they put in the kennel with him) so we gave them a second chance. My Welsh terrier subsequently had the worst haircut ever. He looked like they stopped halfway through the process, only shaving the top of his back. The breed is suppose to have a "skirt" when groomed correctly. He looked like he was wearing a tutu. Never again will I use this groomer.
