Lady at the counter was rude. Every Arby’s I’ve been to I am able to sub beef for turkey on the beef n cheddar, then she got an attitude when I stated that fact. I will never stop here again.
Love the curly fries!!!The staff are very friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.
Stopped after all day traffic through Alabama. Tried to get two slider kids meals. Could not get kids meals because they had no slider buns. They offered no replacements. Had to get kids full meals. They wanted chicken strips. They were out of those too. Not impressed with their ability to keep menu items in stock. Food quality was fine with what we were able to get.
Today I went there and I got the beef n cheddar sandwich because it has always been one of my favorites. When I got it the sandwich had a long thick black hair strand. It was so gross and unhygienic I will never eat there again. Disappointed in Arby's.
This place is the worrrrrrrrrst and unfortunately we always go back we like 30 mins away we have learned to realize that you don't drive off until you have opened every single item in your bag and guaranteed it's wrong every time not 9 out of 10 but every single time I can't tell you how many time our food has been wasted b4 we learned to start checking it and admit if I didn't love arbys so much I'd never go back. I mean it's not rocket science people learn how to do your freaking job if you can repeat everything back to me perfectly before I get to that window and then again as you hand me my food then why is it wrong when I get it I shouldnt have to help you do what your paid to do.
