and they over fill the cups. When this happens Ice Cream gets everywhere.

Okay quality of food but pretty bad service. I have come here 4 or 5 times now & have had sub-par experiences. The person taking our order has not bothered to make eye-contact or verify the order is correct. We have had special requests like "no cheese" & there is cheese when our order comes. We have even sent it back, but the cheese has been scraped off - not re-made. There is absolutely no concern about customer satisfaction and no apology whatsoever about the multiple mistakes made. Even though the kids meal has come with free ice cream or dilly bar, we have never been offered the option & the customer(s) is made to feel like an inconvenience. The last time we came, the coke machine was not working - the root beer was carbonated water with a drop of brown color. We told them, they made another cup in the back - same issue, gross. We told them the drink was the same as before & the answer was "oh" accompanied by a bored look. Nothing more. OK - so we left. Likely not to return as the food was not great either.
This Dairy Queen is pathetic. Microwave scalding hot, rubbery and chewy burgers. They simply cannot seem to figure out how to make a blizzard, but I'm also told by the employees that the owner strictly regulates portions to maximize profits, so it's pretty obvious why their food and service is deplorable. Just go to mcdonalds, the expectations of what a Dairy Queen normally is? You will not find here.
Went on a Saturday morning at 11:00. There were 12 of us all ordering 1 item each for our grandsons 14th birthday. Our granddaughter told us she was aware of a promotion for blizzards "buy 1 get 1 for .99. There was one other party of 2 at the store. When we asked the team member who waited on us about the offer she rolled her eyes and rudely announced she didn't know anything about it. We asked to speak to the mgr & the team member said it might be a while - she is in the bathroom.
It was nice to get another DQ in town after not having one for years.I eat a burger there from time to time but I stop often to get a blizzard.The store is clean and the staff is always polite.
