Slow service due to a combination of new staff and uninterested staff. Waited over 5 minutes to be seated on an uncrowded, slow night. The food was mediocre. I'm still searching for a good steak in Columbia. The dated menu was reminiscent of the 70's as were the tables and chairs--worn, tired, and boring. Vegetables came from a frozen sack, the steak wasn't trimmed, and the iceberg salad was bland. Can't understand the 5 star rating. A forgettable and regrettable dinner.
We came here based on reviews on Yelp. It was the slowest service & the food was mediocre that we could eat. We waited over an hour for food and the server was smug about it & saying how busy it was - it absolutely wasn't. One of our party ordered a rib eye medium. It came out well done & the waitress said it was probably sitting in the window to long. The next one they brought out was raw & cold in the middle. We won't be back again
We have ordered food from them for the past 2 years for a staff of 200 people. They do an excellent job and we have plenty of food, so some people eat a meal more than one time, their food is excellent!!! We were quoted prices from other establishments with the cost being a lot more and not a lot of food. So, if you like your Team to be well fed, and feel like they have ate their Mom's cooking, this is the place for you!!
Great food but worst service we’ve ever had. Waitress address us as “you” and smelled like she’d been drinking. She was awful plain as that.
Service was a little slow but server was nice. Marinated ribeye steak too salty and you cannot order it without marinade unless you call three days in advance. I will be back to try a cheeseburger!
