I don't even no where to start! Waited 45 minutes in line. To find out NO chicken fried steak, No white gravy, No corn nuggets,No coleslaw . Not even any green beans. Had to wait for chicken to be cooked. Then I was given 3 dollars in quarters because you didn't have any ones either. Then to top it off I get home 15 miles away to find that you didn't put one of the only two sides that were available in my bag. I tried to call the number on receipt only to get a recorded message. If y'all expect to stay open in this area you better step it up. You have other competition here. Very disappointed! We will NOT be back!
I'm so glad that Columbia TN finally has a Church's Chicken! I have missed those biscuits so much since I moved here from Nashville. No other place has fried okra cooked to perfection... and the chicken is always crispy. Great comfort food. Welcome to Columbia! We love you guys!
Great place to eat. Great food. Went through the drive thru and was missing 2 sides. It's fine I understand it happens sometimes. Over all still good tho
Visited the store during prime time dinner. No fried okra (which I think is a fairly popular item). No unsweet tea (again, I'd venture pretty popular). No cash use...only credit card? Really?! I eventually got a 2 piece mixed meal with mash potatoes. The meal was actually pretty good. Chicken was hot with nice flavor. Biscuit was a bit too sweet. Mash potatoes were good.
Upon walking in the side/back door to back of kitchen - I guess dishwashing area was open. There was a guy waving around a spray wand in large metal containers. The floor back there was a soapy layer of water! I had just worked 10 hours and was hungry and had never tried Church's before. The drink machine was out of carbonation drinks the sign said taped in pink writing on the front of the machine. The shoes of the employees were covered in I am assuming flour and batter looking substance! The floors were unclean. It was a hot mess in there! I got my food home. I have never seen pieces of white chicken breast like that? Wing attached to thigh? I will never go back and am going to report this nastiness to the food administration. I asked how long been open young girl (they were all very young) said 2 months. Long way to go! Bad showing of your restaurant. Batter on chicken had no taste. It was awful!
